باستخدامك تطبيق دواء فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
١. وصف الخدمة
يتيح التطبيق تنظيم الأدوية والجداول، وإرسال تذكيرات، وتسجيل الجرعات، ومتابعة الالتزام لعدة أفراد من العائلة، مع نمط مبسّط لكبار السن.
٢. الحساب والأهلية
- يجب أن تكون بالغًا وقادرًا قانونيًا على قبول هذه الشروط.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.
- تتعهّد بتقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة.
٣. الاستخدام العائلي والمتابعون
يمكنك إنشاء بروفايلات لأفراد عائلتك ومنح صلاحية المتابعة لأشخاص تثق بهم. أنت مسؤول عن دقّة البيانات التي تُدخلها عن الآخرين وعن حصولك على موافقتهم عند الحاجة.
٤. الاشتراكات والدفع
- يوفّر التطبيق خطة مجانية وخطة مدفوعة (دواء برو) باشتراك شهري أو سنوي.
- تتم جميع عمليات الدفع والتجديد عبر App Store أو Google Play، وتخضع لشروطهما.
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِه قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
- تُدار طلبات الاسترداد عبر سياسة المتجر (Apple / Google) وليست تحت سيطرتنا المباشرة.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
تتعهّد بعدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إليه أو إلى أنظمتنا، أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني.
٦. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته التجارية مملوكة لنا. لا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك تفويت جرعة أو خطأ في الإدخال.
٨. إنهاء الخدمة
يحقّ لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. يمكنك إيقاف الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
٩. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُسوّى النزاعات وفقًا لها.

By using the Dawa app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
The App lets you organize medications and schedules, send reminders, log doses, and track adherence for multiple family members, with a simplified elderly mode.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be an adult legally able to accept these Terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
3. Family Use & Caregivers
You may create profiles for family members and grant monitoring access to people you trust. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter about others and for obtaining their consent where needed.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- The App offers a free plan and a paid plan (Dawa Pro) billed monthly or yearly.
- All payments and renewals are processed via the App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled under the store's policy (Apple / Google) and are not under our direct control.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to it or our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, its design, and trademark belong to us. It may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, including a missed dose or input error.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account anytime.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
